Abuse Recovery

Recovering from the impact of abuse can feel overwhelming.

The effects of abuse—whether sexual, emotional, physical, psychological, or spiritual—can run deep, leaving you feeling trapped, disconnected, or unsure of who you are. You may struggle with anxiety, shame, or chronic self-doubt, feeling stuck in patterns of codependency or difficulty setting boundaries. Memories of the past may feel intrusive, making it hard to trust others or even yourself. Dissociation or a lingering sense of unworthiness might make daily life overwhelming. If you’ve experienced abuse, it’s not your fault, and healing is within reach.

In our work together, I create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences at your pace and begin the process of reclaiming your sense of safety, autonomy, and strength. Whether you’re dealing with the pain of emotional manipulation, physical harm, sexual trauma, or spiritual abuse, I offer tailored approaches like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently process these experiences. Together, we’ll work to lessen symptoms, foster self-compassion, and empower you to set healthy boundaries and build fulfilling relationships. Healing is about rediscovering your worth and creating a life where you feel safe, grounded, and free to be your authentic self.
