Dissociation
Dissociation can feel like being disconnected from yourself, your surroundings, or even reality itself.
It may show up as feeling detached from your body, as though you’re watching life happen from a distance, or struggling with memory gaps and a fragmented sense of self. These experiences can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling isolated, anxious, or uncertain about your own reality. Whether you experience depersonalization, derealization, dissociative amnesia, or Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), you deserve compassionate, knowledgeable support in navigating these challenges.
I provide a safe and grounding therapeutic space to help you understand and work through dissociation at your own pace. While much of the mental health field misunderstands these experiences and the immense anxiety they cause, I have dedicated myself to specializing in effectively exploring underlying trauma, develop tools for stabilization, and foster a stronger connection with yourself. My goal is to help you feel more present, empowered, and in control of your experiences, so you can build a life that feels safe and aligned with your authentic self.
