Personality Disorders
Living with a personality disorder can feel overwhelming, especially when intense emotions, relationship struggles, or patterns of thinking and behaving create distress.
You may have been made to feel "too much" or "not enough," or perhaps you've faced judgment—even from mental health professionals—leaving you with shame or the belief that healing isn’t possible. But your struggles do not define you, and you are not broken. You deserve support that acknowledges your full humanity, free from stigma or blame.
I provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate space to explore the underlying causes of emotional and relational challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build self-understanding. Using approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and a psychodynamic/relational lens, we’ll work toward breaking unhelpful patterns and fostering more secure relationships. My goal is to help you cultivate a stronger, more stable sense of self and move toward deeper connection, balance, and fulfillment. You deserve care that sees and affirms you, not one that adds to the pain.
Here are some of the reasons people come to me for support:
Emotional dysregulation and intense mood shifts
Fear of abandonment and relationship instability
Chronic feelings of emptiness or identity confusion
Difficulty setting and maintaining boundaries
Impulsive behaviors or self-destructive patterns
Shame, guilt, and self-criticism
Dissociation and detachment from emotions or reality
Reprocessing past trauma and relational wounds
Developing emotional resilience and self-compassion
Strengthening interpersonal relationships and trust
Together, we’ll address whatever is holding you back so you can thrive in your relationships with others and yourself.
